Client Base: Ms. Sutter enjoys working with adolescents and adults on a wide range of social and emotional concerns, such as depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, ADHD, grief and loss, and life transitions.
Therapeutic Approach: Ms. Sutter believes that every person has innate worth and provides a warm and non-judgmental space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and family systems, she works with each client to customize a treatment plan, develop coping skills, and increase awareness of inner strengths. She approaches therapy with compassion, patience, and a belief that everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and be fulfilled.
